1. General Provisions and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Thebridesblog ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Thebridesblog website, services, and related applications (collectively, the "Services").

1.1 By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Services.

1.2 Thebridesblog is an international dating platform that connects individuals seeking serious, long-term relationships. The Platform facilitates introductions between users but does not guarantee compatibility, the accuracy of user-provided information, or any specific outcome from interactions conducted through the Services.

1.3 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1.4 This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Thebridesblog regarding the use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 You must meet all of the following requirements to use the Services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you affirm and warrant that you are 18 years or older.
• You must not be prohibited from using the Services under any applicable law or regulation.
• You must not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform for violating this Agreement.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a registered sex offender in any jurisdiction.

2.2 When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a violation of this Agreement and grounds for immediate account termination.

2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] upon learning of any unauthorized use of your account. Thebridesblog shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

2.4 Each individual may maintain only one active account on the Platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts may be terminated without notice.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

3.1 Acceptable Use

By using the Services, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the Platform's purpose of facilitating genuine, respectful connections. You agree to treat all users with dignity and respect, communicate honestly and transparently, use the reporting and blocking tools if you encounter inappropriate behavior, and comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination:

• Posting false, misleading, or deceptive profile information, including photographs of other individuals.
• Soliciting money, financial information, or gifts from other users (romance scams).
• Harassing, threatening, bullying, intimidating, or stalking any user.
• Sending unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or promotional content.
• Uploading content that is obscene, pornographic, violent, or that promotes hatred or discrimination.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, the Platform's servers, or any connected systems.
• Using automated systems, bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools to access or collect data from the Platform.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the proper functioning of the Services.
• Promoting or facilitating illegal activities, including but not limited to human trafficking, drug use, or prostitution.

3.3 The Platform employs moderation tools, including the ability for administrators to approve, decline, or delete profiles, and to take action on reported violations. Users may block other users and report violations through the Platform's built-in tools. We comply with GDPR and offer profile deletion upon request.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All content, features, and functionality of the Services - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the underlying code - are the exclusive property of Thebridesblog or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 By uploading, posting, or otherwise making available any content through your profile or communications ("User Content"), you grant Thebridesblog a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content solely in connection with operating and providing the Services. This license terminates when your account is deleted, except where User Content has been shared with other users and they have not deleted it.

4.3 You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary permissions to submit all User Content and that such content does not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

4.4 The "Thebridesblog" name, logo, and all related trademarks and service marks are the property of Thebridesblog. No license or right is granted to you to use any trademarks without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

5.1 Thebridesblog does not conduct criminal background checks or verify the identity claims of all users. While we employ verification tools and moderation processes, we cannot guarantee that every user is who they claim to be. You are solely responsible for exercising caution and good judgment in your interactions with other users, both online and in person. Please review our Safety Tips for guidance.

5.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thebridesblog and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or emotional distress.

5.3 In no event shall Thebridesblog's total cumulative liability exceed the amount you have paid to Thebridesblog in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5.4 Thebridesblog is not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether on or off the Platform. You agree to exercise caution, common sense, and personal safety in all interactions.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

6.3 You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Thebridesblog.

6.4 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
